Sad when I saw that Vonnegut had died. I caught the video of his appearance at the Daily Show in 2005 just a few weeks ago, and my sister very recently "found out" about him, so I've talked and thought about his work quite a lot lately. I somehow ended up at bokononism and it made me feel so old. If lj had existed then, I would have posted there 10 or 15 years ago. Kurt Vonnegut is probably best read when young.
